Subscribing After the Free Trial
Every new DeepCura account starts with a free trial including 30 credits, no credit card required, and no time limit. When you are ready to subscribe:
- Navigate to Settings > Billing.
- Choose your plan — monthly or annual.
- Select the number of billing seats your team needs.
- Enter your payment information.
- Confirm your subscription.
Your credits are replenished immediately upon subscription, and they renew at each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods.

Managing Billing Seats
Billing seats are managed in two places:
- Settings > Billing — Add or remove seats, view your current plan, and see volume discounts applied.
- Team Members > Billing Seats tab — Assign specific team members to paid seats and see who occupies each seat.
Remember: free team members (who only need read/edit access) do not require billing seats. Only providers actively using AI-powered features need a paid seat.
Updating Payment Details
To update your credit card or payment method:
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click on the payment method section.
- Enter your updated card details.
- Save the changes.
DeepCura uses Stripe for secure payment processing. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe and never stored on DeepCura servers.
Legacy Subscriptions
If you subscribed to DeepCura before the current pricing model was introduced, your legacy plan remains active and honored at its original price. Key points about legacy subscriptions:
- Your plan continues at the original rate until you choose to change it.
- Adding new billing seats uses current pricing for the additional seats.
- If you cancel and resubscribe, the new subscription uses current pricing.
- Contact support if you have questions about your legacy plan terms.
Quick Tips
- The annual plan saves approximately 23% compared to monthly billing.
- Track your credit consumption in the left sidebar — your balance is always visible.
- If you consistently run out of credits, consider adding an additional billing seat to increase your monthly allocation.
Managing Your Subscription & Payment Details
To manage your subscription or update your payment details, visit the DeepCura Wallet page. On this page you can:
- Manage your subscription — Click on the Subscriptions section to edit or cancel your active plan.
- Change your credit card details — Go to the My Cards section to update your payment method or add a new card.
- Change your password — Go to your account settings.
First-time billing portal access? If you cannot sign in to the billing portal, simply sign up using the same email you use in your main DeepCura account.
Make sure to sign in using the same email address you used to register your billing account. Otherwise, you may not be able to locate your subscription.

Trouble Canceling Your Subscription?
If you are having difficulty canceling through the website, try these steps:
- Clear your browser cache and try again, or open an incognito/private browsing window.
- Check your spam or junk folder for verification emails from DeepCura.
- Try a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge).
- Make sure you are using the same email address associated with your DeepCura account.
If you are still unable to cancel, email contact@deepcura.ai with the subject line "Cancel My Subscription" and the team will process your cancellation within 24 hours.
Legacy Subscription (Pre-2025)
If you subscribed before the current billing system launched, your subscription may be on the legacy platform. Legacy subscribers should email contact@deepcura.ai to request cancellation or payment card changes — the team will handle it for you.
If your payment method has failed or expired, you can purchase a new subscription through the current billing system, which is easier to manage going forward.
