Provider Network with community feed and directory

What is the Provider Network?

The DeepCura Network is a professional community where providers find trusted specialists, send peer referrals, share templates, and build their community reputation. The Network page features a premium header with the tagline: "Find trusted specialists, send referrals, and build your community score."

Four feature pills highlight the core capabilities: Provider Directory, Peer Referrals, Community Score, and Template Marketplace.

Joining the Network

When you first visit the Network page, the Community Feed tab is accessible to everyone. The remaining five tabs — My Standing, Directory, Top Providers, Referrals, and Template Marketplace — are gated behind a consent and opt-in process. Clicking any gated tab opens a Network Consent Modal that explains the terms of participation. Once you opt in and have an active subscription, all tabs become fully accessible.

The Six Tabs

1. Community Feed

Always accessible, even before opt-in. It displays posts from providers in the DeepCura community. If you want to post or interact without having opted in, the system prompts you with the consent modal.

2. My Standing

Shows your personal rank dashboard including your ranking breakdown, the tier system, and your community score. You can recalculate your rank on demand and update your network profile.

3. Directory

A searchable list of all providers in the network. Browse by specialty, location, or name. Click any provider to open their Provider Profile Modal with credentials, specialties, and community score. From the profile modal, you can initiate a referral directly.

4. Top Providers

A leaderboard of the highest-ranked providers in the network. Discover highly active and well-reviewed providers in different specialties.

5. Referrals

Your referral management panel. See referrals you have sent and received, track their status, and manage ongoing referral relationships.

6. Template Marketplace

A gallery where providers share and discover clinical note templates. Browse templates created by other providers, preview them, and import the ones that suit your practice.

Community Score

Your community score is calculated based on your activity within the platform and network. The scoring system uses a tier structure — as your score increases, you advance through tiers. Factors include platform usage, template contributions, referral activity, and community engagement.

Referral Workflow

  1. Navigate to the Directory tab and find the specialist you want to refer to.
  2. Click on the provider to open their profile modal.
  3. Click Refer Patient to open the referral form.
  4. Fill in the referral details and submit.
  5. Track the referral status in the Referrals tab.

Quick Tips

  • The Community Feed is a great place to stay connected even if you do not use the referral features.
  • Share your best templates in the Template Marketplace to build your community score.
  • An active subscription is required to access the gated tabs — the Community Feed is always free.

Sharing Templates Between Accounts

Beyond the Template Marketplace, you can share individual templates directly with colleagues by copying and pasting the template definition. This is useful when sharing with a colleague outside the network or when you want to share a template privately.

Step 1 — Copy the Template

  1. Go to Patients and click on any patient.
