Your Intelligent Schedule
The AI Schedule page, accessible from the sidebar, combines all your appointment sources into a single, intelligent calendar. Whether your appointments come from your EHR, Google Calendar, or are created natively in DeepCura, they all appear in one unified view.
The Calendar View
At the center of the page is a full interactive calendar component. You can navigate between months using the left and right arrow buttons, and you can switch between viewing the entire month or focusing on a specific week. Dates with appointments are highlighted, giving you an at-a-glance sense of your schedule density.
Click any date to select it, and the timeline panel on the right updates to show that day's appointments in chronological order.
The Timeline Panel
The right side of the schedule page displays a detailed Timeline for the selected date. Each appointment card shows the patient name, appointment time, duration, provider name, and the source (EHR, Google Calendar, or native). Appointment cards are color-coded by source to help you distinguish between different scheduling systems at a glance.
If no appointments exist for the selected date, the timeline shows an empty state with a helpful prompt.
Google Calendar Sync
DeepCura integrates with Google Calendar to pull in your personal and shared calendar events. To connect, click the Google Calendar button with the Google icon at the top of the schedule page. After authenticating with your Google account, your calendar events will appear alongside EHR appointments.
The system intelligently deduplicates events. If a native DeepCura appointment and a Google Calendar event share the same patient name and overlap within 30 minutes, the system suppresses the calendar duplicate and keeps the native appointment (which has richer data, including a linked patient record).
Provider Filtering
For practices with multiple providers, a provider dropdown at the top of the page lets you filter appointments by provider. You can view all providers at once or narrow down to a specific clinician. For eClinicalWorks users, you can also view schedules of department co-members who share EHR credentials, enabling a multiplayer scheduling experience.
Your provider filter preference is saved to your profile, so it persists across sessions.
AI Schedule Chat
A standout feature is the AI Schedule Chat assistant embedded at the bottom of the page. This AI-powered chat interface lets you interact with your schedule using natural language. Rotating prompt hints suggest actions like "Schedule a follow-up for Dr. Smith's patient," "What tasks are due today?", or "Send a referral fax to Dr. Jones for patient Smith."
The chat assistant can create appointments, look up schedule details, and coordinate with other AI agents. On desktop, a Morning Huddle automatically opens once per day, greeting you by name and summarizing your day's schedule.
