This guide will help you seamlessly incorporate Deepcura into every step of welcoming a patient into your clinic.

  • You can invite colleagues to your Deepcura workspace using the "Add Coworkers" feature. This allows them to view, edit, and create notes, ensuring smooth collaboration.

For more details on setting up a clinic as a Deepcura admin, please check the section: "Are You a Clinic/Hospital Admin?"

  • Gather key patient intake information, birthdate, main concern, and reason for visit, before they step into your clinic or while they wait for triage. You can do this by setting up a Nurse Co-Pilot questionnaire, allowing you to be informed in advance about what to expect during your consultation.

  • Your clinic can set up a triage template based on your workflow. This can be a basic vitals-only template or a detailed version including HPI, reason for visit, current medications, and more.

    • Your assistant will create a new patient profile, take notes, and Deepcura will instantly display them in a structured format on the provider’s page.
    • Refresh your page to receive the latest patient notes from triage.
    • Start your own recording and use a custom template tailored to your needs.
  • If other healthcare professionals, like a nutritionist, are also involved in the patient’s care, they will have their own specialized template.

All their notes will be stored under the same patient profile, ensuring seamless collaboration.

You can filter your notes based on the provider / type of consultation using tags. Learn more about them here.
