Action Links β€” Integrate with Any Web Tool

The AI receptionist can text links to callers during a live call β€” intake forms, patient portals, telehealth sessions, pre-visit questionnaires, Google review pages, or any web-based tool. If it has a URL, the receptionist can integrate with it.

How It Works

  1. Add a link to any knowledge base entry β€” during setup, add an actionUrl (HTTPS link) and actionUrlLabel (display name) to any KB entry's metadata.
  2. The AI receptionist sees the link β€” it appears as a [Sendable Link] annotation in the receptionist's knowledge base.
  3. Mid-call, the receptionist offers it β€” when the conversation naturally relates to the entry (e.g., caller asks about scheduling, intake, or your portal), the AI offers: "I can text you that link right now."
  4. Caller confirms, link is sent via SMS β€” the patient receives a text with the link immediately.
