The AI Scratchpad is a fast and simple tool for transforming selected text inside your note to any request you have. 

How to Use the Scratchpad

Step 1: Select the text you want to transform 

Step 2: Open the Scratchpad

Press CTRL + S or click the small icon that appears when you highlight text.

Step 3: Type your instruction, for example: translate this section to spanish
Step 4: Press Enter

Step 5: Choose where the result goes

You can:

  • replace the selected text
  • add the output as a new section in the note

  • copy the output without saving it
