Automation Hub: Quick to-do Tasks, Px instructions & Referral Letters

Introducing the Automation Hub: streamline your post-note actions directly from one place.

⚙️ Access the Automation Hub

After finalizing your note, a pop-up window titled Automation Hub will appear automatically. From here, you can quickly generate and send AI Tasks, Patient Instructions, or Referrals without navigating away from the page.

If you want to open it later, you can simply click this icon at any time.

🧠 Page 1: AI Tasks

The AI Tasks tab captures any action items mentioned during your encounter, such as referrals, orders, or medication updates.

  • You can customize and specify which tasks you'd like to generate (e.g., only referrals or orders).
  • Mark tasks as To Do, In Progress, or Done.
  • Add deadlines or assign them to team members.
  • Export or share your task list directly from DeepCura.

đź“„ Page 2: Send Patient Instructions

The Patient Instructions tab allows you to generate a nice patient visit summary instantly. The output includes key findings, medications, home care guidance, and follow-up instructions.

  • Customize the template to define your headers or add specific notes (e.g., emergency contacts, follow-up intervals).
  • Edit the generated text on the spot before sending.
  • Send it directly to your patient’s email through a secure, HIPAA-compliant message with a link and password to access their summary.
  • Alternatively, you can just download or print the PDF handout for in-person delivery or upload to your EHR portal.

📨 Page 3: Generate and Send Referrals

The Referral tab helps you quickly generate a professional referral letter based on your encounter note.

You can email it or fax it straight to the correct contact.

  • Same as the px instructions above, you can edit the template of this letter to customize the content to your needs. You can also send it directly to the referring physician through DeepCura's portal.
