AI Forms: The Fastest Way to Fill Complex Forms

DeepCura can now automate even the most complex PDF forms. Upload once, set up custom fields if needed, and reuse the same template every time. No more endless manual typing. Check the announcement video and instructions of use below.

đź“‚ Step 1: Open AI Forms

In the left sidebar, click on Agents, then select AI Forms. 

⬆️ Step 2: Upload your PDF

Click the + Upload PDF button. You can either drag and drop your file or choose it directly from your computer.

You can also add general AI instructions here, such as preferred font size, colors, or formatting.

✏️ Step 3: Review Detected Fields & Add Your Own

The system automatically identifies the fields that can be filled in for you.

If you need extra fields to include information in:

  1.  Click the grey pencil icon labeled Edit, you are now in editing mode.

  2. Click the Add Custom Field button above. 
  3. Click and drag to draw a rectangle on the PDF where the field should be.
  4. Fill in the field details and save.

  5. Use extraction hints to guide the AI on how to fill the field correctly.

 

Custom fields are saved inside the template, so this empty PDF can be reused again and again with the same setup.

⚡ Step 4: Fill with AI

Paste or dictate the patient note or the transcript of your interaction. The AI will then complete the form for you, filling 80%+ of fields instantly.

🔍 Step 5: Review and download

Review the preview to check for small errors or formatting fixes. Make adjustments if needed.

Always click Download to save your completed PDF. Filled versions are not stored; only your base template setup is saved for future use.
