Accidentally created duplicate patient threads? Merge them into one clean file. No notes are deleted. Only the now-empty duplicate thread is removed.
đź“‹ Step 1: Find the Merge button
In the main patient list page, find the "Create patient thread' blue button
Click the small arrow-down toggle to open the actions menu. ⬇️
Click on Merge Patient Files to open the merge dialog.
📤 Step 2: Select the Source and the Target file
Pick the Source patient file: notes from this file will be taken and moved into the main file.
Pick the Target patient file: this is the main file where notes will be placed. Existing notes in the Target remain untouched.
âś… Step 3: Confirm merge
Click Confirm Merge. No notes are deleted. Only the duplicate thread that becomes empty will be removed from the list.
