How to Create a Note from a Prerecorded Audio

📍 Navigate to: Sidebar → Patients → select patient → Upload Audio button · Full UI Guide

In this article, you'll learn how to create a DeepCura note from a prerecorded patient audio file, even if it wasn’t recorded directly inside the platform.

🎧 Step 1: Open the Patient File

From the main dashboard, locate and open the patient file associated with the audio recording. If this is a new patient, you can create their chart first.

đź“Ž Step 2: Upload the Audio File

Click on the “Attachments” icon inside the patient file and upload your audio file.  upload pdf.gif

đź“„ Step 3: Choose a Template

After the file uploads, select your desired note template. DeepCura will transcribe the audio and generate a note as if it had been recorded live.

🎉 That’s it. Your note is now live and editable!
