CDS models provide deeper clinical insights backed by high quality Level 1A journals. When you select a CDS version in the AI Model Selector, you receive:

  • Differential considerations: supporting and opposing evidence tied directly to your patient’s history and symptoms
  • Management insights: treatment and lifestyle suggestions generated from trusted sources and clinical guidelines

  • gpt-5 with CDS: 3 credit per recording 
  • gpt-5 PRO with CDS: 15 credits per recording

All insights cite their sources. They are support tools only, not part of the official medical record, and must always be used with clinical judgement.
