📍 Navigate to: Sidebar → Settings → Profile Settings → Integrations tab → EHR → OptiMantra · Full UI Guide
If your DeepCura integration is connected but notes are not appearing in OptiMantra, review the three checks below. All 3 are required.
Checkpoint 1: Confirm Credentials Match and Are Saved
1. Log in to DeepCura.
2. Go to Settings > Profile Settings.
3. Locate EHR Integration Settings.
In OptiMantra:
4. Go to Settings > Clinical Integrations > DeepCura.
5. Confirm the User ID and Security Key exactly match what is shown in DeepCura.
6. Confirm the credentials are saved.
Important: Your User ID and Security Key are sensitive. Do NOT click “Refresh 🔁”. Refreshing will invalidate the Security Key and break the integration.
Checkpoint 2: Push the Note and Confirm Status
1. Open the note in DeepCura.
2. Click Push to OptiMantra.
3. Check the conversion Rate & click Push to OptiMantra a second time.
4. Confirm you see a green success notification.
If you see a red error, return to Step 1 and recheck the credentials.
Checkpoint 3: Import the Note Inside the Patient Chart
1. Open the patient Charting History in OptiMantra.
2. Click New Follow-Up or New Initial Visit.
3. Click Import AI.
4. Locate the patient in the list.
5. Click Import and select Append / Overwrite
Notes do not auto-insert. The Import AI step is required.
