🧘‍♀️ OptiMantra Troubleshoot: My Notes Aren’t Transferring

Troubleshooting: Notes Not Showing in OptiMantra After Integration

If your DeepCura integration appears successful but you can't see your notes inside OptiMantra, this article will walk you through the most common fix: rechecking your User ID and Security Key setup.

Make sure the patient's First and Last Name in DeepCura is the same as in OptiMantra.

Your User ID and Security Key are VERY sensitive. The Security Key is like a password.  DO NOT click “Refresh 🔁.”      Doing so will break your integration!

🔍 Step 1: Locate Your Credentials in DeepCura

1. Log in to your DeepCura account.

2. Go to Settings > Profile Settings.

3. On the right side, find the section labeled EHR Integration Settings.

4. Carefully copy your User ID and Security Key.

🛠️ Step 2: Double-Check Your Setup in OptiMantra

1. In OptiMantra, go to Settings > Clinical Integrations > DeepCura.

2. Select your user profile.

3. Find the User ID and Security Key you copied from DeepCura.

4. Check if anything was pasted incorrectly. Even one wrong character will prevent syncing.

5. Once verified, click Save.

Step 3: Retry the Integration

Return to DeepCura and attempt to sync your note again.

If the credentials match exactly, your note should now appear inside the patient chart in OptiMantra.
