Troubleshooting Missing Note Sections When Exporting to Your EHR (OPTIMANTRA)

Are you missing sections from your DeepCura when exported to the EHR? Below is a guide to help you resolve cases where some note sections don't export to your EHR.

⚙️ Step 1: Open Automation Rules

Go to Settings from the left sidebar, then open Automation Rules.

Click Edit AI Grid Hook.

🔍 Step 2: Locate the Problem Section

Find the note section that’s not exporting (e.g., “Subjective Notes”). You'll see schema fields on the left and their extraction instructions on the right.

⚠️ Only update the instructions on the right. Do not modify the fields on the left.

✍️ Step 3: Update the Instructions

Add clear, human-readable instructions to guide the AI on what to extract. Example:

Extract the complete subjective section from the note. MAKE SURE TO EXTRACT AND include in this section all the details and content.

🧠 Think of it like giving instructions to a human assistant — be detailed and clear.

🧪 Step 4: Save and Test

  1. Click Save.
  2. Re-run the note or re-import it to your EHR.
  3. Check if the missing sections now appear correctly.

🎉 You're Done! Your exports should now include all sections.

💡 Tips

  •  Whenever you update your templates and things stop working, double-check your Grid Hook instructions to make sure nothing important is missing.
  • You don't need to write code, just describe what to extract in plain language.
