Utilize the OptiMantra and DeepCura partnership to integrate AI scribe capabilities straight into your EMR. Cut down on documentation time and dedicate more focus to patient care. DeepCura's AI assistant listens to patient visits, creating transcripts and summaries instantly, helping capture key details during appointments.
🔗 Step 1: Set Up DeepCura
1. Visit: https://app.deepcura.com/register
2. Sign up completely for free (no credit card required)
3. Log in to your DeepCura account.
4. Go to Settings > Profile Settings.
5. On the right side, find the EHR Integration Settings section.
6.Under Select EHR, choose OptiMantra.
6. Carefully copy your User ID and Security Key.
8. Click Submit.
No further setup is needed within DeepCura!
Troubleshooting Note: Have you selected Optimantra and then your Security Key disappeared? Click the Refresh icon 🔄 and click submit again.
⚙️ Step 2: Connect from OptiMantra
1. In OptiMantra, go to Settings > Clinical Integrations > DeepCura.
2. Select your user profile.
3. Paste the User ID and Security Key you copied from your DeepCura account.
4. Click Save. You are now connected!
IMPORTANT: Your User ID and Security Key are very sensitive. Treat the Security Key like a password. Once your integration is successfully live, do not click the “Refresh” in DeepCura. Doing so will terminate the connection and force you to set it up again.
📄 Step 3: Transfer Notes from DeepCura to OptiMantra
1. Prepare Your Note in DeepCura: Record the visit using DeepCura. Check our quickstart guide here.
CRUCIAL: Make sure the patient's First and Last Name in DeepCura is exactly the same as in OptiMantra. You may now select your template, review, and edit directly within DeepCura.
2. Send Note via OptiMantra Icon: Click the OptiMantra logo in DeepCura to send the note to the patient's chart.
3. Access Note in OptiMantra: Go to the patient chart and view the imported session.
- Optional: If you need to access previously sent notes or prefer to manually pull the data into a specific open chart note in OptiMantra, you can scroll down within that note, click More Commands, select DeepCura Chart Notes, and then choose the session to import.
🎉 You're all set! DeepCura is now connected with OptiMantra.
Note: Only admins can modify DeepCura credentials for others. Make sure to paste the User ID and Security Key exactly as they appear — no extra spaces!
