In today’s globalized world, healthcare professionals often interact with patients who speak different languages. Accurate documentation in the patient's native language improves communication, enhances care quality, and ensures compliance with local regulations. DeepCura simplifies this process by enabling seamless note generation in multiple languages.
Step 1: Create or Translate a Template and Choose the Language
Start by preparing a note template in the required language. You can either:
-
Create a new template directly in the target language through our DIY Template feature.
-
Translate an existing English template into the desired language.
Once the template is set, make sure you choose your language of choice on the top right corner of your screen.
Step 2: Record Patient Interaction
Once the template is ready and the language is chosen, record the patient interaction in the same language. DeepCura will process the recording and generate structured notes accordingly.
Example: A fictive patient visit recorded in French using a translated template
Step 3: Review and Edit the Notes
After generation, you can review the notes and make necessary edits if you need to. After completed, you can move your note to your EHR.
This streamlined process ensures accurate and efficient note generation in multiple languages.
