How to Enable Dictation in DeepCura
DeepCura offers a powerful dictation feature that allows users to convert speech into text efficiently. This guide will walk you through enabling dictation in DeepCura step by step.
To access dictation, use the hover menu when editing a note.

Open an existing note or create a new one.

Hover over the note being edited and the editing menu icon bar will pop up.

For Mac, simply hover over the note.

For Windows, hover over the note, then click anywhere on it to trigger the icons bar.

Click on the recording icon to activate dictation (see the image below for reference).

Grant microphone permissions if prompted by your browser or device.

Once the dictation window opens, it will automatically start after 2 seconds.

When finished, press Enter to insert the transcribed text—no clicks required.

Begin speaking clearly, and DeepCura will transcribe your speech into text in real time.
