    • trashcan.pngDeletes a note.
    •  Copy cop.png Copy your note
    •     Screenshot 2025-02-12 192825.png     Allows you to attach files (images, PDFs, etc.) to your note. Once attached, the icon changes to a document icon.
    • Collapse.png Collapse notes for better navigation
    • Use tags to organize and filter your patient list. tag.png
    • Tags might include: First consultation, pre-surgery qualification, Dr. Alma, Receptionist
      • Tags make it easier to locate and group patients based on specific criteria through filtering by clicking on this Filter.png 
    • Gmsail.png: Sends the note as a PDF via email.
    • esign.png: Downloads the note directly as a PDF with your Esignature
    • Cloud.png: Pushes the note to the EHR (if set up).
    • cubes icon.png: Imports your patient list from your EHR.
    1. AI DIagnostics.pngAI Diagnosis:
      • Highlights key medical terms from the transcript.
      • Suggests differential diagnoses using UpToDate databases.
    2. Encounter log.pngEncounter Log:
      • Tracks all edits made to the note, including when and who made the changes.
      • Useful for collaborative teams with shared access.
    3. merge previous note.pngMerging Notes:
      • Combine two notes into one.
      • Example: Merge a pre-consultation note with the session details for a complete overview.
    4. Tasks and Automations:
      • Located under “AI Tasks, Labs & Imaging” on the top right.
      • You can set reminders for follow-ups, referrals, or other tasks related to the patient.

    By using these features, you can efficiently manage patient information and ensure your documentation is accurate, organized, and tailored to your needs.
