This article walks you through various icons used in DeepCura and what each one does.
🗂️ General System Icons
Deletes a note.
Copy your note.
Attach files (images, PDFs, etc.) to your note. The icon changes once a file is attached.
Collapse notes for easier navigation.
🏷️ Tagging System Icons
Use tags to organize and filter your patient list.
Tags might include examples like: First consultation, pre-surgery qualification, Dr. Alma, Receptionist
Click the filter icon to group and find patients by tags.
📤 Export & Share Icons
Gmail Send the note as a PDF via email.
EHR Export pushes the note directly to your EHR (if configured).
Import your patient list from your EHR.
e-sign, fax, and print your note
🧠 Advanced Features Icons
AI Diagnosis:
- Highlights key medical terms in the transcript.
- Suggests differential diagnoses based on UpToDate databases.
Encounter Log:
- Tracks all edits made to a note, including by whom and when.
- Helpful for collaborative teams with shared notes.
Merge Notes:
- Combine two notes into one.
- Example: Merge a pre-consultation note with the session note for a full overview.
