📍 Navigate to: Open any patient note → Regenerate button → select new template · Full UI Guide
You can regenerate notes in a different format directly inside a patient’s thread. This is useful if, for example, you want to turn a visit note into patient instructions. Here’s how it works:
🧾 Step 1: Find the Note
Inside your patient's thread, locate the note you want to reformat.
🔄 Step 2: Click the 🗘 Icon
Click the small regenerate icon next to the note.
📋 Step 3: Select the New Template
Choose the note format you want (e.g., instructions, discharge summary, etc.). DeepCura will regenerate the new version automatically.
Optional: Add Extra Clinical Context
Add more information you would like to incorporate into this note. DeepCura will regenerate the new version automatically.
🔍 Important: Two Icon Locations
You may see the regenerate icon 🗘 in two different places. They act significantly differently:
|
The icon next to the transcript
Generates a note based on the recording and all captured info. |
The icon next to the note
Generates a note using only the selected info from the existing note. |
🎉 That’s it!
