Telehealth scheduling

DeepCura makes telehealth easy and convenient for both you and your patients.

You have two options for video calls:

1. Quick Video Calls – Start a call directly from DeepCura.
2. Cal.com Integration – Sync your HIPAA-compliant Cal.com schedule with DeepCura to see all upcoming appointments in one place.

Quick Video Call

1. Go to “Schedule, AI Tasks, AI Calls” on the left sidebar.
2. Click "Start Quick Video Call."
3. Select the relevant template and patient.
4. Copy the link and share it with your patient.
5. Start the video call.

The call will be recorded automatically. Ensure your microphone permissions are enabled. Once the call ends, the note will appear in the patient’s record, this may take a couple of minutes.

Cal.com Integration

To sync your Cal.com appointments with DeepCura, follow our step-by-step video tutorial and keep your schedule organized effortlessly.

1. Sign up to cal.com: Use the same email as the one of DeepCura.
2. Go to cal.com settings: Under developer you will find webhooks, paste this https://api.deepcura.com/api/webhooks/schedules
3. Create on cal.com a sample visit. We will get back to it in a second.
4. Go back to DeepCura, under AI Telehealth & Scheduling copy “Your personal telehealth link.”
5. Go back to cal.com & go to the "event setup". Click on location and choose "URL Link" Paste the link here.
6. Send your patients the event link from cal.com.
