Any incoming fax will automatically generate a summary within DeepCura. If the fax contains patient-related information, DeepCura will match it to the correct patient thread, ensuring that all data is linked to the appropriate patient record.

How to Integrate iFax with DeepCura

To start using iFax with DeepCura, follow these simple steps to set up and link your accounts:

• Step 1: Set Up Your iFax Account
  • Sign up for an iFax account on iFax's website.
  • Verify your email to activate the account and log in to access the settings.
• Step 2: Link Your iFax Account to DeepCura
  • In iFax: Navigate to "Resellers, Whitelabel & API"         
  • Click on "Developer API" section on your iFax settings page.       
  • Under "Received Handler", add this URL: https://pdf.deepcura.com/api/fax/ifax_receiver_callback         
  • Save your settings.
• Step 3: Add Your Fax Number to DeepCura
  • Go to DeepCura's Profile Settings.
  • Add your iFax number under "Preferred Fax number to display on footer" and save the changes.           
• Step 4: Automatic Fax Summaries
  • DeepCura will automatically generate summaries for any incoming fax.
  • The AI matches fax content with patient records and attaches the summary to the relevant patient thread.

Sending Outgoing Faxes

You can send faxes directly from DeepCura without external systems. To send a fax:

1. Open the note you wish to send.
2. Click the fax icon at the top right corner.
3. Choose the recipient or enter their fax number.
4. Click send, and DeepCura will handle the rest.

E-Signing and Encrypting PDFs
