Enhancement Toggles

Here are the key features you can toggle on or off:

  • Auto-tagger: Automatically tags your notes. Learn more here
  • Auto-tasker: Helps create automatically your to-do list. Learn more here
  • AI Gridhooks: Extracts key patient data from your notes, making it easier to organize and integrate into tasks like documentation, billing, and research. Learn more here
  • Enhance transcription quality: Improves audio capture for better note quality, but may take a little longer to generate.
  • Store audio recordings as backups: Saves audio files under the “transcript” section for replay.

They can’t be downloaded after the note has been generated. To save the audio on your device, you need to select “download audio” after clicking “complete session.

  • Append last visit or AI-nurse intake as context: Uses your most recent note as a base for the new note, which can be adjusted based on your preferences. Learn more here
  • Auto-create note & auto-fill demographics: Your patient fills out a questionnaire when scheduling with you on ical.com, and it automatically generates a note with demographics, insurance, and other requested details.
