You can pull information from a previous note into your current one.
This is useful if a colleague has already triaged the patient or if you need to update a past note with new clinical details.
To do this,
1. Go to the patient’s thread
2. Find the relevant note,
3. Toggle on “Add note as context.” This will insert the selected note’s details into your new note.
To set this as the default
Enable "Append last visit or AI-nurse intake as context" in the settings. This will always include the most recent note automatically.
If you forgot to add a previous note's context before the meeting, you can merge notes from the selected one with the one directly before it.
To do so, click on in the top right corner of your note.
This will allow you to merge the two notes, ensuring that all relevant information is captured.
Just remember that “Add note as context” should be clicked before starting the meeting, while the merge option can be used afterwards if you need to correct or include additional details.
