DeepCura’s "External Collaboration" feature lets you securely share patient notes with guest clinicians, offering fine-grained access control to keep data safe and collaboration focused.
🔐 Key Features of External Collaboration
Selective Note Sharing: Share only the patient notes that are relevant, ensuring confidentiality and focused collaboration.
Secure Collaboration: External clinicians can view shared notes, but their access remains restricted to what you choose to share.
📨 Step 2: How to Use External Collaboration
1. Have your colleague create a DeepCura account.
-
If they just need to view your notes, they can sign up for free. No subscription required.
-
If they also want to create their own notes, they'll need a subscription plan.
2. In the left sidebar, click “Add Team Member”
3. Navigate to “Add External Colleagues.”
4. Invite your colleague.
-
Click “Add External Colleagues.”
-
Enter their email address. The exact same one they used to sign up for DeepCura.
-
Select the patient notes you want to give them access to.
Once your colleague accepts the invite, the status will update from Pending to Accepted.
5. Edit their access
- You can then edit their role and control exactly what level of access they have to the shared notes.
5. Send the invite.
-
Once sent, the clinician will be notified about your invitation by an email with the subject: "Access Granted."
-
They will find your sharing request under their “Add External Colleagues” section in their own account.
