DeepCura’s "External Collaboration" feature is designed to provide flexible access controls, allowing you to share patient notes securely while maintaining oversight. Whether you need to share specific notes with external clinicians or limit access within your team, this feature gives you the tools to tailor permissions to your needs.

    • Flexible Access Controls: Assign modular roles to limit coworkers to read-only access or customize permissions based on specific needs.
    • Selective Note Sharing: Share only the patient notes that are relevant, ensuring confidentiality and focused collaboration.
    • Secure Collaboration: External clinicians can view shared notes, but their access remains restricted to what you choose to share.
    1. Prepare Notes for Sharing: Select the notes you want to share in your DeepCura Workspace.
    2. Access External Collaboration: Navigate to the External Collaboration section in your workspace.
    3. Invite a Clinician:
      • Click "Invite Clinician."
      • Enter the clinician’s email address, the one they signed up for DeepCura
      • Choose the specific patient notes you want to share with them.
