Add Core Team Members (Daily Workflows)

In this article, you will find the step-by-step guide on adding your coworkers to DeepCura and collaborating on the same page.

👥 Step 1: Invite Your Coworker

1. Your coworker must first sign up to DeepCura: https://app.deepcura.com/register
2. Go to your "Add Team Members" page in DeepCura.

4. Enter your colleague’s email address (the one they used to sign up). Important: email is case sensitive.

If you choose the option “Share All Templates and Macros, and Restrict Co-Worker from Creating New Templates,” your colleague will no longer be able to create their own templates. They’ll be limited to using the ones you've shared. This setting is typically used for admin-level roles.

💡 Step 4: Subscription Info

Your coworker can use DeepCura for free if they only need access to view and edit features. However, if they are a practitioner who intends to use the AI Scribe feature, they will need to purchase a subscription.
