Editing Your Notes
If your note isn’t exactly what you need, there are several ways to make adjustments:
- Major Edits: If your note doesn't match your needs (e.g., generating a SOAP note instead of a detailed post-session summary), update or switch the template.

Selective Edits
You can edit specific details directly within the note:
- Click on the note in the area where you want to make the necessary changes. For example, if you missed “penicillin allergy,” you can add it manually.
- Alternatively, use the voice-edit feature. Simply say:
- “Add that the patient is allergic to peanuts,” and the system will seamlessly incorporate it.

Generating a New Note from Pre-existing Information
- From the Transcript: If you generate a note from the transcript, the AI will base the note on the full conversation recording, including everything the patient said during the session. For that, press on this icon.
- From the Note: If you generate a note from an existing note, it uses the edited content in your note, including any exclusive details you’ve added. Example: You can create a new note with a different template using the triangle icon.
