Creating Your First Patient Note

  • Enter the patient’s name in the system and press Submit. You will be automatically directed to their Patient Note Page, where all information related to this patient is stored under “AI Scribe Threads.”

    1. Start the Session
      Press the “Record” button before beginning your conversation with the patient.
      NOTE: Make sure to allow microphone permissions.
    2. Pause and Continue
      If needed, press “Pause” to temporarily stop recording and press “Continue” to resume.
    3. Confirm Details
      After collecting all necessary details, summarize and confirm the information with the patient.
    4. Complete the Session
      Once everything is finalized, press “Complete Session” to finish the recording.
  • You can also upload a previously recorded audio file. .note class name to a paragraph or container element.

    Tip: Verbally summarize the discussion at the end of the session. This ensures that:

    • The patient feels valued and has the chance to provide any overlooked details.
    • You ensure all critical information is captured and complete.
    • The system captures the data more accurately.

    1. Select a Template
      Once the session is complete, choose a template from your Template List.

    2. What the Template Does
      The template acts as your prompt to the AI, guiding how to structure, style the note, and what information to include.

    3. Automatic Note Generation
      The note will be automatically generated based on the selected template.


    Example:
    Think of the template as a set of instructions for the AI, like telling the system:

    • “Make this note formal with detailed medical findings.”
    • “Focus on key highlights for a quick summary.”
