2. How to Create Your First Patient Note

📍 Navigate to: Sidebar → Patients → click + → Record → Complete Session → Select Template · Full UI Guide

Below is a very simple guide on how to create your first patient note using DeepCura's AI Scribe feature.

âž• Step 1: Add Patient

By pressing on the + sign

🎙️ Step 2: Start Recording

Remember to get consent from your patient!  Check out the consent template we have created for you here.

Do you prefer to type instead? You can easily fill in information inside the text box, and the AI will transform your draft into a clean, structured note.

🛑 Step 2.5: Complete Session

Once everything is finalized, press “Complete Session” to finish the recording.
