Integrating DeepCura with Charm Health

Follow the steps below to integrate DeepCura with Charm Health.

• Step 1: Contact Charm Health

  To integrate with Charm Health, email their support team at [e-mail] and request the “practice-level” integration for the “Encounter Module.”

  One-time Fee: $1,250 USD per practice (regardless of the number of clinicians).

• Step 2: Purchase the Integration & Obtain Your Credentials

  After purchasing the Encounter Module API integration, you'll receive the following credentials from Charm Health:

  • Client ID
  • Client Secret
  • Refresh Token
  • API Key

  These credentials are necessary for linking your Charm Health account with DeepCura.

• Step 3: Create a DeepCura Account

  Register at DeepCura. After registration, go to your Profile Settings and input the credentials provided by Charm Health (Client ID, Client Secret, Refresh Token, and API Key).

• Step 4: Automate Clinical Documentation

  Once your accounts are connected, you can start importing or recording patient documentation directly within DeepCura. After the AI processes your notes, click "Upload to EHR" to push the structured data into your Charm Health encounter module.

DeepCura Subscription: $129 USD/month per clinician
