Step 1: Request the Charm Health API Integration
Before connecting your DeepCura account, Charm Health must activate the practice level API integration for the encounter module.
Contact Charm Health
Send an email to: api-support@charmhealth.com and request the encounter module integration.
Charm Health charges a one time fee of 1,250 USD per practice. This fee is not charged per clinician.
This fee might have changed or may vary based on your subscription, so please contact Charm Health for the most up-to-date pricing.

Hello Charm Health Team,
Our practice is interested in using DeepCura AI to automate our clinical notes and have them populated into each discrete field within the encounter module. Could you please assist us in setting up the API integration for this?

Step 2: Connect Charm to your DeepCura Account
Create a DeepCura account at: https://app.deepcura.com/register
Go to settings > Profile Settings

Enter your Charm Health credentials:
ClientID
Client Secret
RefreshToken
API Key
These values will be provided by the Charm Health team after your payment is processed.
Step 3: Enjoy the workflow
Once saved, your DeepCura account will automatically pull data from Charm Health and can send back structured notes into the encounter module.Â
