🧠 Step 1: Create Your DeepCura Account

Visit deepcura.com and sign up with your email and password.

🔌 Step 2: Install the Chrome Extension

Get the DeepCura Chrome Extension from the Chrome Web Store.

📌 Step 3: Find, Pin, and Launch your Extension

Click the puzzle piece icon in Chrome and pin the DeepCura extension so it stays visible in your toolbar for quick access.

🚀 Step 4: Launch the Extension

Click the DeepCura icon in your Chrome toolbar to open the extension.

📁 Step 5: Log Into Practice Fusion

Open your Practice Fusion account and navigate to a patient chart you'd like to scribe.

🎤 Step 6: Allow Microphone Access

When prompted by Chrome, click “Allow” so DeepCura can access your microphone for real-time documentation.

🔑 Step 7: Sign Into the Extension

Use the same email and password you used on the DeepCura website.

⭐ Step 8: Enable Smart Paste Mode

Click the star icon in the extension labeled \"Smart Paste Mode\" to activate auto-fill features.

⚙️ Step 9: Select Practice Fusion as Your EHR

Click the settings (gear) icon inside the extension and choose “Practice Fusion” from the dropdown.

🎙️ Step 10: Start Recording

Press the microphone icon in the extension to begin recording your telehealth conversation or in-person visit.

✅ Step 11: Click Complete

When you're done, click "Complete". Your AI-generated note will appear on the right and auto-fill into the appropriate fields in Practice Fusion.
