Follow the instructions below to integrate with Practice Fusion.

Step 1: Create a New Patient in Deepcura
Sign in to Deepcura (remember to register with an email and password if you want to use the browser extension). Then, click to create a new patient (e.g., “Test Patient”) in the Deepcura interface.

Step 2: Record or Upload Audio
Deepcura supports both real-time speech-to-text and uploading pre-recorded audio files. This flexibility ensures you can document encounters in whichever way is most convenient for you.

Step 3: Select or Create a Template
Deepcura supports customizable templates, like SOAP or other specialized formats. For instance, a basic SOAP template might include Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan sections. This high level of customization helps capture all pertinent patient information.

Step 4: Set Up Your Practice Fusion Encounter
Log into your Practice Fusion account and navigate to the patient’s chart. Create or open an existing encounter for the patient.

Step 5: Install and Log Into the Deepcura Extension
Download the Deepcura browser extension (e.g., a Chrome extension). Log in using the same email and password you used to register on Deepcura’s website.

Step 6: Transfer AI-Generated Notes into Practice Fusion
Within Deepcura, finalize your AI-generated documentation. Open the Deepcura browser extension in Practice Fusion and click “Load Data.” The system will autofill the relevant fields in the Practice Fusion encounter, such as subjective or assessment sections, depending on the template you’ve chosen.

Step 7: Review and Edit as Needed
Although Deepcura’s AI is highly accurate, best practice is to quickly review the auto-populated details in Practice Fusion. Make any necessary edits or additions.
